Just log on to our website and select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Then click on “Check Out” to confirm your order. You will receive an email and an SMS message that your order has been confirmed.

To confirm the information about you and your order, we do a quick verification of the name, contact information, and delivery address that is on each and every order placed through our website.

Once you have placed your order and received an email and SMS confirming your order, one of our friendly Rakk representative will give you a call between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to confirm the name, contact information, and delivery address on your order.

Orders that have been verified are packed and prepared for delivery.

We process orders sent in before 5 PM on the same day and are scheduled for delivery the next day. Orders sent in after 5 PM are processed the next day and are scheduled for delivery the day after processing.

For customers outside the NCR, we can deliver your order to you within 2-3 business days after verification for express deliveries. Please allow for 5-15 days for regular deliveries.

For NCR customers, we can deliver your order to you the next day after your order has been verified.

Please allow for an additional 1-2 business delivery time for bulk orders and orders for exceeding One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000).

We accept COD and Dragonpay for all of your orders.

For COD, you may give your payment for your orders upon delivery to our couriers.

For Dragonpay customers, please follow the instructions sent to your email.

Our regular delivery schedule is from Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We do Sunday deliveries from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for selected items and bulk orders.

Unverified Orders

If we are unable to verify the information on your order, such as your contact information or the shipping address, we will be forced to cancel them.

Our riders are instructed to give you a call if they are unable to find the address you have listed on your order, if you are unable to provide payment at the time, or if there is no one to receive the order at the location. We will only attempt a second delivery once you confirm your information through the phone.

Please note that we will be forced to cancel your order if we cannot reach you through the phone during our first delivery attempt or if we cannot complete our second delivery attempt.

Rejection of Orders Certain orders may be cancelled after verification. Some examples are:
  • The subject line of the order confirmation email
  • On the SMS confirmation
  • On your order’s shipping label

EasyPC.com.ph warrants all of our products to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days for OEM packages, and for thirty (30) days for RETAIL packages, from the original invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.

After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product in question. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site for details.

ALL OEM CPU/processor products are warranted for seven (7) days from the original invoice date, unless the CPU is purchased as part of a computer system. EasyPC.com.ph provides Laptops and Notebooks warranty against manufacturer's defect for 14 days from original invoice date. Original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software and manuals must be present and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be denied warranty service or exchange. All laptops and notebooks are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted, after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please send a message (but not later than 30 days from purchase for DOA items, and 14 days for laptops and notebooks) to our Technical Support for troubleshooting or request an RMA through our stores. In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, EasyPC.com.ph will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.

When you purchase any product from EasyPC.com.ph, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Most of our major manufacturers' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. Please contact the respective manufacturer for additional details.

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. EasyPC.com.ph cannot honor warranty for CPU's that have bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
