"The best po ang mga products at very affordable. Ilang beses na ako bumili dito sa easypc ortigas. Kahit yung dati ko boss sa sss. (social security system) ni recommend ko itong easypc . So far. So good. Wala ako naririnig na problem na bumili kmi ng cpu unit. 1-2 years ago na yata at iba ko neighbors and friends. Sana lang po. Huag po sana tumagal ng 30-45 days yung motherboard na biostar na dinala ko po nung last week. First time po na nangyari sa akin. Pero po ibang items. Ok po naman. Need ko po kase sa documents and video works. Thanks. Sana po hindi po magtagal paghihintay ko po."

"I posted my review last Feb. 24 about the Rakk gaming chair. And less than 3 days I got a call from EasyPC, they offered to assist with the chair by me sending it to them which I politely refused. I don't own a car and a chair is not something you can easily carry around not with the time that I have. 3 days ago somebody came in to the house and offered to help, I said if we can replace the backrest that's all I need. Today, Mr. Fred came in, replaced the backrest and installed it for me. So pleased with the chair and how EasyPC handled my case. As stated with my previous post, customer service is really great and I would recommend EasyPC. Thanks to everyone at EasyPC!"

How long will it take to process my order?


We process orders sent in before 5 PM on the same day and are scheduled for delivery the next day.


Orders sent in after 5 PM are processed the next day and are scheduled for delivery the day after processing.


For orders exceeding One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000), please allow for 1-2 days for delivery.


How do I know if a product is in stock?
You can call us at (02)899-04-15, or reach us online through our email, chat or Facebook page to confirm if the product that you want is in stock.

What warranty do I get with products I've bought?


EasyPC warrants all of our products to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days for OEM packages, and for thirty (30) days for RETAIL packages, from the original invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.



After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product in question. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site for details.


ALL OEM CPU/processor products are warranted for seven (7) days from the original invoice date, unless the CPU is purchased as part of a computer system. EasyPC provides Laptops and Notebooks warranty against manufacturer's defect for 14 days from original invoice date. Original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software and manuals must be present and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be denied warranty service or exchange. All laptops and notebooks are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted, after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.


If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please send a message (but not later than 30 days from purchase for DOA items, and 14 days for laptops and notebooks) to our Technical Support for troubleshooting or request an RMA through our stores. In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, EasyPC will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.


When you purchase any product from EasyPC, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Most of our major manufacturers' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. Please contact the respective manufacturer for additional details.


Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. EasyPC cannot honor warranty for CPU's that have bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.


EasyPC makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below. EasyPC makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

How can I return the products I have bought?
Before returning an item, please check our Return policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all the requirements, return can be initiated via our stores.
Products may only be returned within 7 or 14 days from the time your product has been delivered, depending on the Return policy of the item bought.
